Dr. Mullock, raised on a farm in Worth County, Missouri, graduated from A.T. Still University - Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kirksville, MO and completed his residency at Northeast Regional Medical Center in Kirksville, MO. He is board certified in Family Medicine and Neuromusculoskeletal Medicine. Dr. Mullock is a Lieutenant Colonel and Flight Surgeon with the Missouri Air National Guard.
